Cheryl and Rob lead a seasoned team whose collective experience represents more than 150 years of combined collaboration in fundraising, event strategy, development, and organizational leadership. Their team has supported nonprofits locally, nationally, and globally, equipping organizations to strengthen donor engagement, increase revenue, and execute high-impact events with clarity and confidence.

Cheryl Simmons

Co-Founder & President

Cheryl brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit development, global initiatives, donor strategy, and large-scale event leadership. She has led and supported over 1,000 projects in collaboration with more than 200 partners, helping organizations raise in excess of $100 million to advance mission-driven work.

She serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee for the Virginia Christian Chamber of Commerce as Events Chair, and is Vice President of Education for Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Cheryl is deeply committed to mentoring leaders and fundraisers, equipping them with practical tools, strategic clarity, and confidence to steward relationships with excellence and integrity.

Rob Simmons

Rob Simmons

Co-Founder & President

Rob brings extensive experience in technology, business operations, systems strategy, and organizational growth. His background includes IT leadership, analytics, and business process design, with a focus on building scalable systems that support fundraising operations, event execution, data integrity, and long-term sustainability.

He serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee for the Virginia Christian Chamber of Commerce as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for the state, providing leadership in vision alignment, organizational strategy, and long-range planning. His ability to translate complex systems into actionable strategy is a key asset to the organizations Global Collaborative Solutions serves.

Both Cheryl and Rob have extensive formal education and hold multiple professional certifications across strategic planning, fundraising and event analytics, leadership development, artificial intelligence applications, ministry, and business operations. They are also members of C12, where they actively engage in peer leadership, accountability, and values-based business practices.
